CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY At With Luv Beauty, we value your time and ours. To maintain the highest level of service for all clients, the following policies are in place. DEPOSITS • All services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. • Each service has its own deposit amount, which will be applied toward the total cost of your service. • Appointments are not secured until the deposit is received. • If a deposit is not submitted, the appointment is subject to cancellation or may become unavailable if another client books the time. • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS • 48-Hour Notice Required: All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Late Cancellations (less than 48 hours): Will result in a 50% charge of the service price. • No-Shows: Will be charged 100% of the service price. • Multiple No-Shows: May result in full pre-payment being required for future bookings. RESCHEDULING • Free Rescheduling: Available with 48+ hours notice. • Late Rescheduling (less than 48 hours): The deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. • Maximum of 2 reschedules per appointment. LATE ARRIVALS • Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may have their appointment canceled or shortened depending on availability. • Services will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client. • Full service price will still apply. BOOKING • A credit card is required to secure your booking. • No-show or late cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. EXCEPTIONS Exceptions may be considered for: • Medical emergencies with documentation • Severe weather conditions • COVID-19 symptoms To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use our online booking system or contact us directly.
