CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY At With Luv Beauty, we value your time and ours. To maintain the highest level of service for all our clients, we implement the following policies: APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS: • 24-Hour Notice Required: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours): Will result in a 50% charge of the service price • No-Shows: Will be charged 100% of the service price • Multiple No-Shows: May result in requiring pre-payment for future bookings RESCHEDULING: • Free Rescheduling: Available with 24+ hours notice • Late Rescheduling (less than 24 hours): $25 rescheduling fee • Maximum of 2 reschedules per appointment LATE ARRIVALS: • 15+ Minutes Late: May result in appointment cancellation • Your appointment will be shortened to end at the scheduled time • Full service price will still apply BOOKING: • Credit card required to secure booking • No-show fees will be charged to the card on file EXCEPTIONS: • Medical emergencies with documentation • Severe weather conditions • COVID-19 symptoms To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use our Appointments booking system or contact us directly.
